1. Agreement and Definitions

This Terms of Use ("Agreement") is a legal document between you ("User") and 1Clue ("Provider", "we", "us") governing use of our mobile applications ("Mobile Application") and related services ("Services").

Provider grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Mobile Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Free Services are available during the Free Term, and Provider may impose technical restrictions and alter functionality.

Subscription grants full access to Services with an automatic renewal option.

To use Services, User must register on the app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) and provide necessary information. User is responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality of credentials.

User retains rights to User Content while granting Provider a license to use such content for providing Services. User is solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of User Content. Provider disclaims liability for any content loss.

Subscription Fees are paid according to selected plans. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement commences upon User's first use of Services. Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, User's access to premium Services will cease.

8. Liability

The Mobile Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. User agrees to indemnify Provider against any claims arising from User's use of Services.

Refund policies are governed by Apple App Store and Google Play policies. To request a refund, visit the respective platform's support.

10. Final Provisions

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between User and Provider. Provider reserves the right to modify these terms with notice to users.
